Qoomed – LDA a Qoomed committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe our practices with respect to the Personal Information (as defined below) collected, used and disclosed by us in connection with the Qoomed website, mobile device app and other software made available for use on or in connection with our Services, as set forth in our Terms of Service (collectively, the " Service"). "NFT" in this Privacy Policy means a non-fungible token or similar digital object implemented on a blockchain (such as the Ethereum blockchain) that uses smart contracts to link to or otherwise be associated with certain data or content.

1. types of data collected. " Personal Data " means data that allows someone to identify you individually, such as your name, email address, and any other non-public data about you that is associated or linked to the data. " Anonymised data " means data, including aggregated and de-identified data, that is not associated with or linked to your personal data; anonymous data itself does not allow for the identification of individuals. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data as described below. Information you provide.1) When you use the Service, update your account profile or contact us, we may collect personal information from you, such as your email address, first and last name, username and other information you provide. We also collect your blockchain address, which may be linked to personal data while you are using our Service.

This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), referring/exit pages, respective operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyse trends, administer the Service, track user movement within the Service and better tailor our Services to our users' needs. For example, some of the information may be collected to recognise you when you visit the Service and the data may be used to personalise your experience.

13) How we act on "Do Not Track" signals. Currently, our systems do not detect "Do Not Track" signals or other mechanisms that would allow users to prevent tracking on our website.

This includes third-party analytics services ("Analytics Services") that we engage to analyse how users use the Service. The respective Analytics Services' ability to use and share Analytics Information is limited by the terms of use and privacy policies of the applicable Analytics Services. By using our service, you consent to the processing of your data by Analytics Services in the manner and for the purposes described above.

We may receive personal and/or anonymous information about you from companies that provide their services and/or products for use in connection with our Service or with whose products and/or services our Service may be linked. For example, third party wallet providers provide us with your blockchain address and certain other data that you exchange with the relevant wallet providers. We may add this data to the data we have already collected from or about you through our web service.

18) Data is collected from activities that are publicly visible and/or available on blockchains. This may include blockchain addresses and details of the purchase, sale or transfer of NFTs, which may be associated with other data you have provided to us.

2. use of your personal data.

a. We process your personal data to run our business, provide the Service, customise your use of the Service and optimise the Service. Specifically, we use your personal data to:

1) Facilitate the creation and protection of your account;

2) To identify you as a user in the system;

3) Assist you with our Service, in particular to enable you to explore and create NFTs using our tools and, at your discretion, to connect directly with others to buy, sell or transfer NFTs on a public blockchain;

4) Improve the administration of our Service and quality of service, in particular by analysing how you and other users use and communicate with the Service;

5) Provide customer support and respond to your requests and enquiries;

6) Investigate and remedy actions that may violate our Terms of Service;

7) Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, violations of our Terms of Service or policies, and/or other harmful or illegal activities;

8) To display your username alongside NFTs currently or previously available in your Third Party Wallet and alongside NFTs with which you have interacted;

9) To send you a welcome email to verify ownership of the email address provided when you set up your account;

10) To send you administrative communications, such as security, support and maintenance notices;

11) Send you notices of promotions in the Service, including notices of special offers for your NFTs; We may generate anonymous data records from personal data. This Anonymous Data is used to analyse request and usage patterns in order to improve the Services and enhance Service navigation. In doing so, we reserve the right to use Anonymous Data Records for any purpose and to share Anonymous Data Records with third parties without restriction.

3. disclosure of your personal data. Disclosures of your personal information are made as described below and elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

1) Third Party Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third party service providers to: enable technical infrastructure services; perform quality assurance testing; analyse how our service is used; prevent, identify and respond to unauthorised activity; provide technical and customer support; and/or to otherwise support us and the Service Range.

2) Affiliated Companies. We may also disclose your personal information: to accomplish the purpose for which you provided it; for other purposes that we disclose to you when you provide it to us; or with your consent.4. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be held liable for these third party websites or their content. 5. Third party wallets. To use our Service, you must use a third party wallet that allows you to make transactions on public blockchains. Your interactions with a third-party wallet provider are governed by that third-party wallet provider's applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy.

6.our choices regarding data. You have several choices regarding the use of data in our Services:

1) Email Communications. We may periodically send you newsletters and/or emails that directly promote the use of our Service or third-party products and services. If you receive messages or promotional communications from us, you may specify that you no longer wish to receive these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive or through the notification settings on your settings page. Notwithstanding these preferences, we may occasionally send you transactional, service-related information.2) If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to accept cookies from our Service for any of the purposes described above, then you may instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies by changing its settings or prompting you to accept a cookie from the websites you visit. These include the right to request (i) access to, details of, and a copy of the personal information we have collected about you and/or disclosed to third parties; (ii) deletion of the personal information we have collected about you; and (iii) the right to object to the sale of your personal information. As defined by the CCPA, we do not "sell" your " personal data".

3) If you wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR, CCPA or any other applicable data protection law, please contact us using the "Submit a Request" link here or at the address provided in Section 13, state your request and identify the applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity or provide more information about your request. We will consider and process all of the above requests in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of the above rights.

4) Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot modify or delete information stored on a blockchain, such as the Binance blockchain, as we have no control over blockchains. The data stored on the blockchain may include purchases, sales and transfers related to your blockchain address and the NFTs held at that address.

8. Data retention. We may retain your personal information for as long as you use the Service, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain your personal data even after you have deactivated your account and/or stopped using the Service, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with our Terms or other agreements and/or to protect our legitimate interests. If your personal data is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted.

9. protection of data. We care about the security of your data and therefore use physical, managerial and technological security measures to maintain the completeness and security of data collected through the Service. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot be responsible for the security of our systems. If information in our care and control is affected as a result of a security breach, we will take steps to investigate and remedy the situation and, in accordance with applicable law, notify those individuals whose information may have been affected.

10. Minors. Our terms of use require all users to be at least 18 years old. If you believe that we may have personal information from a child under the age of 18, please contact us.

11. Users outside the European Union. If you are a non European user of the Service, by accessing the Service and providing data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be processed for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. In addition, your personal data may be processed in the country where it was collected and in other countries, including the United States. There, the laws governing the processing of personal data may be less strict than the laws in your country. By providing your personal data, you consent to such transfer.

12. Changes to this privacy policy. Our privacy policy may be revised from time to time for any reason.
